My Leadership Philosophy

During the WebsterLEADS program, I developed my leadership philosophy, which is what I believe makes a good leader and what my leadership style is.

I believe that a leader should be someone who can balance both organization and relationships, someone who can be a role model, someone with good communication, and someone who is willing to listen to their team. They should be kind, confident, and open with their feelings. And most importantly, they should be able to adapt their leadership style in certain scenarios.

I believe that I am a leader that has all of these traits. I strive to create an environment where everyone is heard and included. The WebsterLEADS program has greatly helped me with improving my leadership skills and I am applying what I learned to my everday life.

Ethical Leadership Issues Paper

ETHC 1000 is a course focused on applied and practical ethics, exploring moral issues and dilemmas in different professions and disciplines. This course increased my awareness of ethical issues in leadership by applying ethical reasoning to Webter University itself.
